RSM Health and Wellness Services, is a company primarily involved in rendering occupational health services in the workplace environment.

The Occupational Health Services are offered by the company using Mobile Units or In-house Clinics. The company is managed by an Occupational Medical Practitioner with years of working experience in Occupational Health.

The company is dedicated and committed with passion in providing effective and efficient occupational health care services to companies and it operates within the scope of Occupational Health Act No.85 of 1993 and other related regulations.

Our aim is to support our clients to secure compliance status in Health, Safety and Environment reduce and mitigate imminent and probable environmental/construction risk whilst aiming to achieve overall cost saving.

Examination Process

The Fitness for Duty (FFD) Assessment is designed to determine whether an employee is physically, mentally, and psychologically capable of performing their job safely and effectively without risk to themselves, co-workers, or the public.

  • Detailed personal and occupational medical history.
  • Family medical history (genetic predispositions).
  • Record of medications, allergies, chronic illnesses, and previous injuries.
  • Review of exposure to occupational hazards (noise, dust, chemicals, vibration, radiation, etc.)

Conducted by an Occupational Medical Practitioner (OMP) or Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) under medical supervision.
